Grant and Pip didn't own Lucq but he was a regular visitor to their place and sired their first litter.  He loved people and was a good ambassador for the breed; he was gentle with both children and small animals.  He was quite happy to spend a whole day minding an exhibition stand, ambling along in the Santa Parade or just watching the world go by.

He was a grand old man.
